About the role

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Work with other staff members to maintain workload balance and provide backup support as needed.
Support effective communication with all Hydrite departments where responsibilities overlap to support branch team success.
This role provides timely analytical results and technical support to ensure products meet established specifications and all Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures are followed.
Perform instrument maintenance, calibrations, quality control checks, solutions preparations, and standardization.
Maintain records accurately, neatly, legibly, and completely.
Perform daily laboratory activities to help meet production requirements.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs for up to 10 hours per day.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders as required by job duties.
Ability to occasionally turn, twist, stoop, bend, and reach.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, hairnet, and beard net, if applicable.
Ability to comply with GMP production area requirements, including restrictions on exposed jewelry in body piercings.
The QC Technician supports Hydrite's quality and production operations by performing required quality control analysis of incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials.
Perform required quality control analysis of incoming, manufactured, and outgoing materials with authority to make acceptance, production adjustments, or rejection decisions.

A High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
Must possess good laboratory analytical skills.
Able to apply advanced math skills and use involved problem solving.
Must be self-motivated and initiate continuous improvement.
Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
