- This role serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring the program runs smoothly while maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment for students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities
- Support, supervise, and provide guidance to instructors on site.
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding incidents, concerns, staffing, or program needs.
Requirements
- You have worked at PAE for at least 6 months and have proven professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm

Skills
- Oversee the daily operations of the after-school program at the assigned site.
- Ensure student safety through proper supervision and adherence to program policies.
- Manage daily student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee student snack distribution.
- Address and resolve on-site conflicts or concerns involving students, staff, or program operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents and school staff regarding routine program matters.
- Ensure classrooms remain organized, prepared, and operating efficiently throughout the program day.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students while maintaining professionalism at all times. 👤
