Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territory
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities
- Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery
- Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
- Ability to sell on value and protect margins
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly
- Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity tracking
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
- Existing relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCs
