Responsibilities
- In this role, the analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and the Global Supply Chain analytics team to ensure data and AI initiatives are practical, valuable, ethical, and measurable.
- The position will help translate business needs into scalable solutions that deliver meaningful operational and commercial impact-not just technical accuracy.
- Partner with business leaders across the end-to-end global supply chain to identify opportunities for data-driven improvement.
- Evaluate model outputs against business outcomes to ensure solutions deliver measurable value, usability, and operational relevance beyond statistical performance alone.
- Support adoption of AI capabilities by educating teams on relevant use cases, sharing practical applications, and helping build confidence in deployed tools

Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in a supply chain-related function such as procurement, logistics, project management, supplier quality, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical, algorithmic, and AI concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain (preferred) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Contribute to initiatives involving advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies

Compensation
- decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
- In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- $73,600 - $106,200
