Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance brokerage experience is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years supporting Construction clients within insurance brokerage is required.
- Proven excellence in customer service, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to quickly master and leverage new technologies.
- Highly resourceful and proactive, with a strong track record of initiative, creative problem-solving, and driving process improvements.
- Visionary project planner, recognized for expertise in strategic planning and continuous process optimization.

- Exceptional communicator with advanced skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, including public speaking.

Skills
- Middle to large market risk management experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or acquire within 3 months of employment).
- Independently prepare for, plan and conduct client meetings.
- Participate in prospecting activities to both identify and close new business.
- Participate in carrier activities.
- Perform thorough contract reviews for clients.
- Other tasks, duties or special projects as assigned.
- Requires seasonal or intermittent travelling to visit clients and prospects.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at commencement of employment is expected to be between $77,100 and $120,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factor

- This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to the Construction Specialties Leader.
- This is a US-based remote or hybrid position with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations or hubs in Southern California or Texas.
- Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location.
