About the role
- Leverage, advocate for and enable self-service and "AI builder" capabilities, while maintaining the flexibility, integrity, and safety of our systems
- Provide thought leadership on novel approaches to business automation, self-service configuration, and platform extensibility
Responsibilities
- This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, Implementations, Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for Core Services, including customer implementations, billing, eligibility, contract configuration, fulfillment, lab systems, and authentication
- Collaborate with data teams to define and track metrics that measure the impact of the Core Services platform on operational efficiency, customer onboarding, and system reliability
- Our innovative, guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on business operations platforms, internal tooling, or customer-facing implementation and configuration systems
- Experience working with subject matter experts users and complex stakeholder groups
- Highly collaborative and shows up as a strong teammate within product and the company as a whole
- Experience consolidating fragmented systems into unified platforms
- Proficiency in SQL

Skills
- Excellent communication skills- able to break down complex topics and adjust to the audience
- Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for using and experimenting with AI and emerging technologies as an unlock in daily team productivity
Compensation
- The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as:
- The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
- $170,000 - 200,000/yr
