About the role

Customers visit weekly, touring the plant, qualifying parts, and meeting our engineering team, and the person in this role makes sure those visits run smoothly from the lobby to the shop floor.
You'll be the friendly face guests meet on arrival and the steady hand keeping things on track behind the scenes.
This is hands-on coordination work, not strategic chief-of-staff partnership.

In a ty pical week, you'll coordinate 1-3 customer visits or plant tours, manage travel and lodging for leadership, partner with sales and engineering on visit logistics, and keep both facilities running smoothly.

The right person brings the practicality of a seasoned manufacturing Office Manager and the polish to host customers and support executives.
