Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering and managing global compensation programs
- Experience with PayFactors/PayScale or similar compensation platforms
- Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design/maintenance, and survey management
- Knowledge of global pay equity and pay transparency laws
- Strong relationship‑building, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of compensation laws and best practices

Compensation
- $113,646.00-$136,542.00

- Tell us about a complex compensation issue you analyzed such as pay equity concerns, salary compression, or global transparency requirements. How did you diagnose the problem, communicate findings, and influence leaders to take action?
