About the role

  • Leverage existing RevOps metrics to prove enablement's impact - ramp time, win rate, pipeline progression, content usage - and use them to prioritize, iterate, and report on outcomes.
  • Serve as the bridge between Brand Growth, Client Strategy, Marketing, Product, and RevOps; work with cross-functional leaders to see around corners and get ahead of issues before they begin.

Responsibilities

  • content, training, coaching, and measurement, and you'll own all of them.
  • Build the enablement engine. Own ShopMy's sales enablement function across all four pillars - content, training, coaching, and measurement - and set the strategy that helps the Brand Growth team consistently drive deals forward.
  • Develop and maintain pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, case studies, and playbooks that reps actually reach for in live deals - partnering with Marketing and Product to keep everything accurate and on-brand.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience, with a proven track record in sales enablement at a high-growth company (ideally B2B SaaS)

Nice to have

  • Experience standing up a sales enablement function for the first time at a scaling startup
  • Hands-on with the modern enablement and sales stack - e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Notion
  • Background selling or enabling teams that sell to brands or within the creator/influencer marketing space
  • Comfort with data - pulling, reading, and acting on sales metrics to guide where enablement focuses next
  • AI-forward. experience with core AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and a track record of building tools in an AI-first way
