Responsibilities

  • Support current-state analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews and support workshops (e.g., kaizen sessions) to gather insights from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and requirements
  • Documentation & Process Design
  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps
  • Support the development and rollout of new or improved processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting

Compensation

  • This commitment helps us attract and retain talented individuals who share our purpose.
  • The salary range for this position is between C$75000 to C$85000.
