About the role

The labor position is the entry level position for all the crews.
Most of the time this position is for cleaning up around the plant and other duties as assigned so the operation can run smoothly.
Work will require repetitive heavy lifting, shoveling, handwork, climbing, and performing work at different heights.

Perform a wide variety of duties in general manual laborer work at plants, offices, yards, and quarries. Work will require repetitive heavy lifting, shoveling, handwork, climbing, and performing work at different heights.
Perform all work assigned in a neat and orderly manner, strictly adhering to Company and governmental safety rules and regulations.

The employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing and sitting.
Ability to lift/carry up to 37 pounds.
Knows and understands that you may be required to cut grass, weeds, trim bushes, and hedges and perform general landscape work.
Knows and understands that you must be able to operate a forklift both safely and efficiently.
Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with supervisors and peers.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE: Previous labor experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred
