About the role

  • Please submit your application prior to the career fair to speed up the process.
  • We will be doing interviews and extending offers while you are onsite at the event.
  • TTI Power Equipment has openings in its Anderson, SC office for Customer Service Associate on 1st shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate well with callers using a clear understanding voice.
  • Ability to professionally handle irate callers and high stress situations.
  • Ability to satisfy consumers and end users with minimal request for management intervention.
  • Weekend work required.

Nice to have

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Access would be a plus.
