About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of videographers, editors, and freelance creative professionals.
- Assign projects, manage workloads, and establish production priorities.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to develop creative strategies and content plans.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve edits, graphics, color grading, sound design, and final deliverables.
- Maintain consistency across all video assets and platforms.
- Manage video production equipment, studio resources, and software licenses.
- Develop and maintain efficient production workflows and asset management systems.
- Evaluate and implement new production technologies, editing techniques, and creative tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in video production and post-production.
- 2-3+ years of experience leading or managing creative teams.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video software.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio production, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and production schedules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and deadlines.
