Builds and maintains key customer relationships through networking and high-quality service resulting in sales
Works proactively with customer and production to track status, provide real time reports and support for on time delivery
Prepares and leads content for customer meetings

2 years of experience in acc ount management, production control, quality assurance or related field
Working knowledge of the P rinted C ircuit B oard industry
1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00pm)
Overtime and Saturdays as required
This is an ITAR-controlled facility.

The Account Manager plays a critical role between Pioneer and its customers by handling all key communications related to quotations, order management, delivery status and overall customer development.
Provides prompt and effective assistance to the production team by addressing inquiries related to purchase orders (POs), following up with customers, and resolving any issues to ensure smooth production and delivery processes
Our customers include some of the largest aerospace and defense companies like RTX, Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, NASA, JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing.
