About the role
- You'll be the person clients trust to know their lives: the family updates, the upcoming milestones, the questions they haven't asked yet.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day client relationship: proactively managing touchpoints, tracking key life events, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain a meticulous CRM: keeping client records, notes, and activity logs current and accurate
- Prepare the advisor for client meetings: gather materials, take notes, and own post-meeting follow-up
- Warm, professional communicator who builds trust naturally

Requirements
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Redtail, or similar)
Nice to have
- Series 65 or equivalent a plus
- CFP coursework welcomed
