About the role
- The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location.
- The base salary is $96,000-155,250 annually.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Proven ability to lead with accountability, authenticity, and operational excellence.

- Develop and execute Itron's global non-manufacturing facilities strategy, ensuring workplace environments support business objectives, employee experience, and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain global facility standards, operating procedures, service levels, and performance metrics.
- Drive a consistent, customer-centric workplace experience across all
- Build collaborative partnerships with Finance, Procurement, IT, Human Resources, Security, EHS, and business leaders to align facilities operations with company priorities.
- Manage relationships with regional facility service providers and external partners, ensuring accountability, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize facility utilization, and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Up to 10% travel may be required.

Compensation
- The base salary is $96,000-155,250 annually.
