About the role

  • Achieving new member net hearing instrument sales quota on an annual basis
  • Prepare an annual territory business plan, reviewed and updated quarterly (through Quarterly Business Reviews) with the Membership Development Manager (MDM) counterpart.
  • The plan should include sales growth aligned to Audigy OKRs and appropriate zoning of the customer base within the defined region

Requirements

  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, or related field
  • Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present at industry events
  • Experience with CRM/database management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 50-60% via automobile, plane, or other transportation
  • High energy, self-starter with ability to work independently
  • 5+ years of experience in solution selling to ENTs/Otolaryngologists/Neurotologists and/or IDN/Health Systems. ENT and Audiology experience and knowledge is a plus
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry
  • Strong relationship network of practicing ENTs/Otolaryngologists/Neurotologists and IDN/Health Systems within the defined territory
  • Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers and colleagues across different organizational levels
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have

  • ENT and Audiology experience and knowledge is a plus

Compensation

  • Competitive Pay: Salary range is $85,000-$95,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a $125 monthly cell phone allowance
  • Performance-based incentive plan (no cap) - $50,000 at plan

  • The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving membership growth and expanding Audigy Medical's presence throughout an assigned East Coast territory.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to execute Audigy Medical's strategic growth initiatives and achieve territory performance goals.
  • Success requires strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to influence decision-makers within complex healthcare organizations.
