- This role is responsible for establishing and leading business architecture frameworks, guiding transformation initiatives, and ensuring end-to-end integration between business processes, products, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise business architecture, including capability models, value streams, and operating models
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including process optimization, modernization, and organizational design
- Partner with executive stakeholders, product management, and IT leadership to ensure alignment across business and technology domains
- Develop and evolve business capability maps to support prioritization, investment planning, and roadmap development
- recommend and implement improvements
- Collaborate with enterprise architects (data, application, and technology) to ensure integrated, scalable solutions
- Identify operational gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies; recommend and implement improvements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, management consulting, or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation or modernization initiatives
- Deep knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g., BIZBOK, TOGAF)
- Strong experience with business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process design

- Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise system implementations
- Familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, ArchiMate, Visio, Sparx EA)
- MBA or advanced degree
- Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence
- Transformation leadership and change management
Compensation
- The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $92,040 to $174,840 based on a full-time schedule.
