About the role
- WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Operations team within our broader Operations organization.
- This role sits at the intersection of operational strategy and program management, leading high-priority cross functional workstreams initiatives from planning through to execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic operational initiatives from problem definition through execution, developing recommendations, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to coordinate initiative execution and improve operational performance.
- Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation that enable teams to execute effectively.
- Structure ambiguous business problems, analyze data, and evaluate strategic trade-offs to develop actionable recommendations and scalable operational solutions
- Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation plans, and independently drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance.

- You will partner closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact.
- Developing operational strategies for new product launches, enabling international market expansion, evaluating new business models and their operational implications, and building scalable processes to support organizational growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, management consulting, or operational strategy, ideally within a high-growth technology or consumer electronics company.
- High degree of ownership, adaptability, and urgency-ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
- While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate's specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role's requirements.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and other similar project management tools.
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects or workstreams from planning through execution with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple cross- functional priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, develop data-driven recommendations, and translate strategic decisions into actionable cross-functional plans.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, communicating progress, and driving accountability.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions and builds trusted working relationships through reliability, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
- This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
