About the role
- This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and operational scale.
- In this role, you'll define the vision for Flow, and shape how onboarding evolves across our platform.
- This role is ideal for someone with deep wealth management and financial services expertise, who additional has experience mentoring and supporting the growth of other PMs as the product organization scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Flow end-to-end.
- Design onboarding experiences that drive faster activation, stronger adoption, and long-term customer confidence.
- Talk to advisors, enterprise partners, and internal teams regularly to uncover friction points and shape product direction.
- Partner closely with design and engineering to move from concept to launched product quickly and thoughtfully.
- Lead cross-functional launches with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, using feedback and data to continuously improve the experience.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in the wealthtech industry and/or designing financial advisory workflows.
