About the role
- As an L&D Specialist, you are responsible for strengthening employee engagement, learning, and culture across the organisation.
- This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role.
- Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end, ensuring strong participation, smooth execution, and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- You will design and run programs that improve connection, capability, and performance-while ensuring initiatives are practical, well-executed, and aligned with how BJAK actually works.
- Maintain training logistics including scheduling, attendance tracking, completion rates, and basic ROI or effectiveness measurement.
- Partner with People Ops and leaders to embed culture, feedback, and recognition into daily practices.
Skills
- Coordinate learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership topics, working with internal stakeholders and external trainers.
- Clear communication and facilitation skills, especially in group settings.
