- You will own customer expansion once a deal closes, which means driving adoption, retention, and growth within your accounts across adjacent teams and use cases, not just moving on to the next logo.
- You will own the early sales stack and reporting cadence for this business line, which means picking the tools and the rhythm, since none exists yet.
