Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Business Partner provides a hands-on, business-oriented approach to human resources support for airport-based operations and leadership.
- Serve as a business-first HR partner and point of contact for employee and manager questions regarding policies, practices, and workplace concerns.
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture built on professionalism, accountability, and employee support.
- Support onboarding, employee communications, and HR process execution for airport-based operations.
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership and internal stakeholders to resolve people-related issues in a practical and constructive way.
- Maintain accurate records and support HR compliance processes, audits, and reporting as needed.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of human resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Administrator, or similar employee-facing HR role.
Requirements
- Assist with policy adherence, documentation, and HR best practices while balancing employee experience with business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Compensation
- You Team members will start between $83,000 and $88,000 per year.
