About the role
- Fidelity National Financial - Florida Agency Commercial Services Department is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Officer for our Commercial Closing Department in Maitland, Florida.
- As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you will play a key role in facilitating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.
- You will work closely with a team of experienced title professionals and underwriters, leveraging their decades of combined industry knowledge to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely closings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process escrow transactions in accordance with instructions from real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title and escrow operations.
- Ability to juggle many duties and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to produce a high volume of work accurately on a consistent basis.
- Additional hours may be required to meet transaction deadlines.
- Prepare all necessary documentation required to close the transaction accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and conduct signing appointments with buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties understand and complete the required paperwork.
