Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, often handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives or multiple VPs in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and expense reporting systems.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
