About the role
- Genetec is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Customer Experience (CX) organization.
- We are seeking a dynamic and responsive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and lively environment and transform complex data into actionable insights.
- These reports, analyses, and presentations will be closely related to the performance of our CX operations, with data sourced from databases across different systems (CRM, ERP, Web Portal, IVR, Chat, etc.).
Responsibilities
- This role will help Genetec's CX organization distinguish itself by providing its team members with detailed metrics, in-depth and accurate data analysis and calculations, and clear presentations that drive decision-making.
