About the role
- Provide guidance and direction on personnel policies, while maintaining morale and welfare.
- May be final authority on questionable product quality.
- Meets internal and external customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Effectively focus and provide support in the areas of Safety, Quality, Demand, Employee, and Cost with an emphasis on quality and on time delivery to our customer.
- Co-worker support, guidance and reinforcement are readily available.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or associated field, or 3-5 years manufacturing management experience involving labor intensive fabrication/assembly or related operations.
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills and strong work ethic.
- Must have successfully completed the CCI/Speer Supervisor Training Program or be a current Supervisor
Skills
- Reading comprehension and basic math skills are a requirement.
Compensation
- $73,400.00 - $102,700.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
