Requirements

  • An ideal candidate will also bring existing relationships with PE firms that invest in small to medium-sized businesses across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and construction.
  • Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or advisory roles with strong exposure to the Private Equity space - or direct experience working in Private Equity.
  • Proven track record of selling or delivering high-value professional services (e.g., strategy, ERP, IT transformation, digital initiatives).
  • Strong understanding of how PE firms operate - including deal cycles, value creation planning, and portfolio support models.

Compensation

  • $165,000 to $175,000.
  • Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
  • 8 Paid Holidays per year, including 1 floating holiday.
