About the role
- Our People Operations team is the backbone of Flexport's employee experience, ensuring every team member feels supported and empowered.
- As a People Operations Coordinator at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you'll be a key point of contact for our on-site workforce, working closely with employees, managers, and the broader People team.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the day-to-day experience of our operational teams, solving challenges with empathy and precision in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Manage and process employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with People Partners and other HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows.
Requirements
- The ability to work a Front Half schedule (Sun-Wed 10:30am-8:30pm )
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software.
