Drive an unwavering commitment to EHS, developing and enforcing robust safety protocols and environmental compliance programs that protect our team and planet.
Lead environmental risk assessment and mitigation efforts, ensuring strict compliance management with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Actively implement succession planning strategies to identify and prepare future leaders within the plant.
Effectively lead and manage the plant and its team through periods of organizational change, technological adoption, and process evolution, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.
Drive proactive maintenance planning and leverage advanced troubleshooting methods to ensure maximum equipment uptime and performance.

Ability to travel up to 15%

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a significant people leadership role, preferably within a continuous process industry.
This experience should include accountability for operational budgets, cost control initiatives, and contributing to capital expenditure planning.
Deep practical experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and a passion for problem-solving.
Strong background in maintenance operations management and reliability engineering principles.
Demonstrated expertise in maintenance planning and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
Unwavering commitment to safety culture leadership and environmental compliance.
Proficiency in environmental risk assessment and mitigation, as well as comprehensive environmental compliance management.

$160,000-$220,000
