About the role

  • This role is responsible for designing scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions while leveraging automation and AI to continuously improve system efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Where: Remote, US The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security configurations.
  • Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement Workday automation, including Extend apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows, talent insights, and compensation analysis.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance People Team effectiveness.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Drive adoption through change management, documentation, and training.
  • Partner with People Analytics to ensure reliable, actionable data across recruiting, talent, and compensation.
  • Design and support dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
  • 7+ years of experience in Workday functional configuration, with deep expertise in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Advanced Compensation.

Compensation

  • The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 USD per year in most US locations.
  • Support quarterly and annual audits by maintaining documentation, testing evidence, and approval workflows.
  • Experience supporting advanced compensation programs, annual compensation reviews, or performance cycles.
