About the role
- The position is responsible for producing and delivering timely and accurate monthly progress claims, ensuring project invoicing and billing compliance, and tracking both actual and projected project costs and variances.
- This includes responding to customer inquiries and actively participating in process improvements.
- Assist the finance team, warehouse, and Service Delivery team in processing supplier invoices.

- We use artificial intelligence-enabled tools as part of our recruitment process to support activities such as candidate discovery, résumé matching, and interview scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in the last ten years in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and JIRA.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools such as SAP is an asset.

- Certification in Project Management or similar.

Compensation
- The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 CAD Annual.
- The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
