- Our busy Pain Management Practice in Salem is looking to hire a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage a busy clinic schedule.
Requirements
- Must hold licensure/certification as required by the state of Utah and DEA number as well.
- Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the state of Utah and DEA number as well.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
