About the role
- You already know what a Clinical Director does.
- Leading a center is hard; doing it without backup is harder.
- Here you're not alone: scheduling, billing, authorizations, and RBT recruiting sit with dedicated teams, so your time goes to clinical leadership and your people.
Responsibilities
- Own clinical quality and day-to-day operations for your center
- Supervise your team and actively support their development
- Manage performance and team accountability, including interdisciplinary collaboration
- Support hiring - help build the team you actually want to lead
- Partner with families and lead family engagement
- What's harder to learn from a posting is how much you'll actually own, who's behind you when a day goes sideways, and whether the company is doing work worth leading.
- What you'll own.
- You set the clinical standard, develop the team, and own the quality of care that goes out the door - with the authority to shape how your center actually runs, not just enforce someone else's playbook.
- We hire leaders, then trust them to lead.
- The support behind you.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $120,000 USD
Benefits
- 25+ days off year one · 75% company-paid medical/dental/vision · 401(k) match · $500 PD stipend · free in-house CEUs (BACB ACE Provider)
Company info
- a peer-reviewed clinical tool that recommends treatment intensity based on the child, not a default.
- We presented it at CASP 2026 in Las Vegas, then made it free to the entire field ( gracentcares.com/care-calculator ).
- We're a BACB ACE Provider running free in-house CEUs.
- As a Clinical Director, you don't just apply that standard, you help carry it, and your clinicians grow because of how you lead.
