About the role
- We're looking for a talented and driven Microsoft 365 Cloud Services Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Configure and maintain security and compliance features such as Conditional Access, DLP, and MFA.
- Configure and maintain Azure infrastructure, such as Windows Servers, networking, and storage accounts.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- As with everyone that is employed at QualityIP you must be able to multi-task, like working on a variety of issues and be able to clearly explain complex issues to anyone- regardless of their level of computer expertise.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent) preferred.
