Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams or leaders within an engineering environment.
Deep understanding of product quality methodologies, such as Design for Excellence (DFX) or continuous improvement frameworks.

Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment machinery, grade control technologies, or digital construction solutions.
Familiarity with global regulatory, environmental, and hardware cybersecurity compliance standards.

Demonstrated experience managing engineering operating budgets, resource allocation, and product lifecycle roadmaps.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.

Hiring Range $160,900.00-$221,300.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible?
