About the role
- Working across our divisions, you'll be supporting initiatives that can be rolled out across our portfolio of colleges, campuses, and offices.
- This role is located in Perth Head Office and provides the opportunity to work from home on two days per week, if desired.

Responsibilities
- Lead the review, maintenance and publishing of approved global WHS policies, procedures, tools and resources.
- Support the development of frameworks, policies and procedures, for both staff and student groups across Navitas' global footprint.
- Support with the preparation of leadership and Board reports, building and maintaining dashboards.
- Manage Workers' Compensation policy renewals for Australian Navitas entities.

Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Workers' Compensation legislation and contemporary injury management practices
- Proven project management capability in a complex, matrix or shared services environment
- Practical experience using AI technologies and the MS Office suite
- Experience in Australian workers' compensation insurance management and premium reduction
- Experience using HR, WHS or related information systems for data and reporting
- Knowledge of Australian state and territory WHS legislation
- Experience working across geographically dispersed and operationally diverse organisations
