Partner closely with internal hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and Program requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic positions.
Document candidate interactions accurately to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.
Build and maintain strong networks of cleared and technical professionals to support current and future federal programs.
Deliver exceptional service that reflects I2X's reputation for excellence and reliability in the federal space.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, the Department of Defense and often focused on the space initiatives of our government customers.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at I2X Technologies, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier talent to support our federal programs.

The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public.
A Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in recruiting that required heavy sourcing.
An Associate's Degree with 5+ year's of recruiting or sourcing experience may be substituted.
Experience with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or ClearanceJobs.
Experience with emerging talent hiring and outreach.
Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.

All members of the Talent Acquisition Team operate on a salary + commission compensation structure with additional bonus potential.
