About the role
- The Electrician will be responsible for installing conduit systems, cable trays, and heat tracing systems, interpreting electrical drawings, and performing testing and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and mount cable tray systems, ensuring proper alignment, support, and load capacity.
- Perform terminations, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
- They will collaborate with project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and OSHA standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician, with a strong background in conduit bending, cable tray installation, and heat tracing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and conduit bending equipment.
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and relevant industry standards.
Nice to have
- Current electrician's license or journeyman certification preferred not necessary.
