Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-team technical programs from inception to delivery across engineering, product, design, and QA
- Drive alignment and decision-making through technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders and diverse teams with competing priorities
- Establish and manage program schedules, deliverables, and success metrics; track progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Proactively identify and manage technical, operational, and organizational risks by developing contingency plans
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle and manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and trade-off negotiation
Requirements
- Experience with streaming technologies such as AVOD, SVOD, FAST, live streaming, content discovery, personalization, or content operations
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of engineering systems, including client/server integration, APIs, experimentation, and analytics
