Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly throughout the day Greet patients, create a welcoming atmosphere, and manage check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation Coordinate scheduling, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and provider communication Handle communications by answering phones, managing emails, faxes, and mail, and responding professionally Maintain a clean, organized front desk, reception area, restrooms, and distribute marketing materials Support daily operations by ordering supplies, managing patient records and reports, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role Experience managing phone systems and scheduling Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-spoken and articulate.
  • Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications.
