About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the startup, development, and day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation program and related supplemental services.
- Recruit, supervise, and support program staff.
- Develop and implement program systems, policies, and operational procedures.
- Build relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Previous program management or supervisory experience required.
