About the role
- This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents.
- The Custodian is expected to take ownership of assigned, work independently, and respond promptly to work orders and property needs.
- This position requires travel between multiple throughout the day and participation in an on-call rotation to address after-hours emergencies.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on position responsible for the daily upkeep of common areas, light maintenance support, seasonal groundskeeping, and snow removal.
Compensation
- $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
