Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain ETL pipelines, data integration workflows, and transformation logic supporting reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
- Analyze source systems, data structures, and business rules to implement source-to-target mappings and technical solutions.
- Support automation of recurring data processing and reporting inputs to improve consistency, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demonstrations, and incremental delivery of technical capabilities in an agile environment.
- Work with Government stakeholders, analysts, and other technical team members to clarify requirements, validate logic, and implement agreed-upon solutions.
- Support data quality validation, reconciliation, and resolution of anomalies affecting downstream reporting and analytics.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including ETL logic, source-to-target mappings, data flow documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical discipline.
- Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree consistent with contract requirements.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in ETL development, data warehousing, data integration, or related technical delivery roles.
- 8 additional years of experience in lieu of the degree
- Experience with the enterprise ETL tool Informatica.
- Experience with source-to-target mapping, data modeling concepts, and implementation of business rules through technical logic.
- Experience identifying and resolving data anomalies, integration issues, and downstream impacts.
- Experience supporting agile or iterative delivery efforts with backlog-driven work and sprint-based execution.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Compensation
- $96,414 - $99,000 USD
- 9th Way Insignia's range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
