About the role
- OnSite Care is seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Sales Representative in the Phoenix metropolitan area to secure new workplace healthcare clinic contracts and serve as account manager in the defined territory.
- The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve OnSite Care's growth goals, master OnSite's complex sales cycle, thrive in our mission-driven culture, and have the ability to influence people at all levels.
- This position reports to the Business Development Officer.
Responsibilities
- Develop client relationships and provide outstanding service in assigned accounts
- Build partner relationships, including brokers, winning qualified referral leads
- Build and manage a territory sales funnel, track and report progress, and close new contracts
- Generate sales leads through networking, brokers, partners, phone calls, and events
- Lead selling of new services and contract renewals to existing clients
Requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, present, and influence people at all levels
- Ability to work quickly and adjust to new priorities in a dynamic work environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
