About the role

  • Company Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City When you join the Federal Reserve-the nation's central bank-you'll play a key role, collaborating with leading professionals to strengthen and protect our economic, financial and payments systems.
  • The Omaha Branch Liaison is an HR Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and assigned to the Omaha Branch.
  • Including, overseeing employee engagement programs and activities, collaborating with colleagues across the district, and representing the 10th District in system-wide settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a systematic approach to collecting cross-district data/feedback to identify strengths, opportunities, and trends.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of applications and other tools that support efficient HR operations and meet customer needs.
  • Determines scope of projects and develops recommendations, creates and follows timelines, ensures timely and accurate final products, and suggests process improvements to management.
  • Completes ad hoc projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Typically requires at least 3-6 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively tailor communications to people at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in Business or applicable Human Resources field, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
  • Collaboration and influence capabilities to engage peers and leaders to champion and support programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for driving an inclusive and engaged culture.

  • On-site, full-time with 5 days per month remote work flexibility

Compensation

  • $68,200 - $88,200 / Experienced Level
  • $85,400 - $110,600 / Senior Level
