About the role
- This is a key role in our right-of-way acquisition process, where you will work on securing easements and right-of-way agreements with landowners for critical infrastructure projects.
- Job Description As a ROW Agent, your primary responsibility will be contacting landowners to negotiate and secure easement and right-of-way agreements.
Requirements
- Are you an experienced right-of-way professional with strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively?
- If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition or landowner negotiations and excel in a focused, results-driven environment, we encourage you to apply!
- This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in negotiation, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of right-of-way acquisition processes.
