You will lead experience strategy across key workflows, partner closely with Product and Engineering to drive discovery and solution direction, and take end-to-end ownership of design from problem framing through launch and iteration.
Building end-to-end user experiences
Creating designs, prototypes and artifacts to facilitate user testing and apply learnings to designs
Guiding the design team to develop a shared understanding and alignment of solutions that best fit our customer needs.
Assisting in onboarding new design team members, providing them with insights, best practices, and shadowing opportunities.
Collaborating with product management, engineering and business partners to build and iterate on customer facing products
Working with other product designers and front-end engineering team to manage a design system used within the consumer product ecosystem
Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
An understanding of modern front-end frameworks and grasp of current development philosophies / methodologies for building responsive web applications
But we're not just building software.

7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with recent experience designing enterprise SaaS products
A portfolio of work that showcases your process and a range of fidelity levels along with finished design work. (A portfolio is required to be considered)
Proficiency in Figma, building components, maintaining design systems and prototyping
Experience with Storybook and documenting guidelines for using and implementing components
