About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Manager, HR Platforms & Solutions analyzes, designs, and maintains information systems in support of human resources.
  • Participates in the evaluation, selection, design, development, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance, and upgrading of human resources software applications for the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a collaborative work environment and professional development
  • Drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of Workday modules and integrations, ensuring smooth implementations and upgrades
  • Interact with external vendors at all levels to manage relationships and ensure proper delivery of services
  • Maintain close communication with functional areas
  • Partner with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure milestones are met
  • Develop appropriate test plans and test cases, and ensure complete system testing is performed
  • Develop data insights to identify opportunities, measure adoption, and track system performance
  • Support data governance principles by ensuring data quality, security, and compliance within the Workday system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources processes, data governance, information technology infrastructure, and data security practices
  • Proficiency in leading the implementation and optimization of human resources platforms, with Workday strongly desired
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Prism, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Highly effective program and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex human resources technology initiatives
  • Familiarity with human resources and payroll processes and data

Compensation

  • $99,010.00 - $143,567.50
  • With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
  • Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
