About the role

As part of a growing legal team, you also may be called on to help in other areas as well, such as operational legal issues in our communities.

Partner closely with business teams to pair legal strategy to business strategy
Maintain our complex corporate structure across Florida, Delaware, and international subsidiaries, including drafting written consents, officer certificates, board resolutions, and maintaining our entity org chart
Support landlord-tenant legal operations, including reviewing adverse action notices, lease compliance, and resident dispute escalations at the property level
Provide support on employment, privacy, licensing, and construction matters as needed
Self-starter who can manage agreements through their entire life cycle

Must be admitted to practice law and remain in good standing with the state bar in the jurisdiction where the position is based (Florida or New York).

Experience with commercial real estate, landlord-tenant law, or residential property operations preferred
Exposure to multi-entity corporate structures and subsidiary governance a plus

About the Role We're expanding the legal team at Flow and looking for a pragmatic and commercial legal counsel to serve as a key partner to our business teams on corporate matters, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, and more.
